Managed Generator Services Leadership Development Proposal

Objective

Equip the leadership team with clarity, self-awareness, and strong execution through TriMetrix DNA assessments, a facilitated team workshop, and targeted coaching. The purpose is to provide both immediate insight and long-term leadership growth.
This proposal has been structured with the clear intent of working together — not putting up barriers. I admire what you’re building, the momentum you’ve created, and I would enjoy being part of the story as your team continues to scale. That’s why the investments outlined below reflect partnership, goodwill, and a programmatic approach to supporting your leadership team.

Phase 1: Individual Assessments

Tool: TriMetrix DNA (DISC + Driving Forces + Competencies for Management)
Scope: 6 leadership team members
Deliverables: Each leader completes the TriMetrix DNA assessment and has a 1:1 debrief session with Amol (60 - 90 minutes each)
Your Investment: $500 × 6 = $3,000
Why this is foundational
Your company’s challenge is not growth — it’s sustaining focus and effectiveness while scaling. These assessments are a crucial starting point because they:
- Identify each leader’s behavioral style, motivators, and management competencies.
- Establish a baseline for targeted coaching and measurable improvement.
- Highlight where growth pressures may cause blind spots or overwhelm.
- Provide a shared language for alignment and collaboration during rapid expansion.

Phase 2: Leadership Team Workshop

Format: 2–3 hour facilitated workshop (onsite or virtual)
Focus:
- Understanding individual styles, motivators, and competencies
- Exploring how these differences shape team dynamics
- Practical tools to maintain clarity and collaboration during high-growth periods
Deliverables:
- Team profile summary
- Practical tools and tailored insights for immediate use
My Normal Range: $4,500–$6,000
Your Investment: $3,000 flat fee

Subtotal (Phases 1 + 2): $6,000

Phase 3: Individual Leadership Coaching

After assessments and the workshop, we identify the executives who would benefit most from deeper coaching support.
Format: Monthly 1:1 coaching (60 minutes each per week) + interim support as needed.
Standard Rate: My executive coaching engagements are typically $4,000/month per leader.
Program Rate for Your Team: $2,000/month per executive.
Example: 3 executives = $6,000/month total.

Additional leaders can be added at the same rate.
Rationale behind this structure
This approach creates alignment across the team and allows us to coach multiple leaders in parallel. It ensures consistency of development during a period of rapid growth to maximize both individual impact and collective progress.

Timeline

Weeks 1 – 2: Distribute and complete assessments
Week 3 -4: Schedule and deliver individual DISC debriefs
Week 5: Deliver team workshop
Week 6+: Begin 1:1 coaching with selected leaders
